Destination wedding on a busy schedule…

As a speech-language pathologist and a physical education teacher, with a furbaby at home, our hands were pretty full. A destination wedding was always a dream for both of us, which is something we aimed to make true in Milos, Greece. The process wasn’t exactly “a walk in the park” but more similar to an escape room game. Not knowing where to start from, not agreeing on a venue, changing ideas, ceremony and priest requirements, while in New York and dealing with our full time jobs. Looking back, I loved being part of the process of creating our best wedding day, such as finding a venue, a church, food that actually tastes magical but also a taste of the Greek cuisine, wedding dress, favors, and the list goes on. Although, I must admit that my main priority were the desserts and ensuring I get to try them all before the end of the night. Being involved in my wedding helped me deal with many hiccups that occurred and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The only thing I had wished was for someone to deal with what we didn’t want to do, while we dealt with what we wanted to be involved in. That was the very moment I realized that I could be the person to take the “don’t want to deal with” parts, so couples can enjoy the good parts of the most important day of their lives stress-free. This is why I’m here, to allow me to deal with the not so fun parts, while preparing for the most important day of your lives.
